Chocolate Glaze

This chocolate glaze requires just six ingredients and is perfectly fudgy and delicious. It's perfect on my Chocolate Bundt Cake, but would be delicious on layer cakes, cupcakes, and donuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup (56 g) vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup (84 g) vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (125 g) powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, minus vanilla extract, to a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk often until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla.
  • Use as desired.
